Executive Women International (EWI) is the premier organization for leadership development and networking for today’s business professionals and their firms. EWI was established in 1938 and consists of more than 1,100 member companies belonging to nearly 38 chapters located in the United States and Canada. EWI of Wichita was chartered in 1970, and currently represents 34 of Wichita’s most prominent employers. We have 40 member firm representatives and 20 alumni members.
Our mission is to bring together key individuals from diverse businesses for the purpose of promoting our member firms, enhancing personal and professional development and encouraging community involvement.
EWI of Wichita is comprised of extraordinary business professionals who share vision and use their unique talents and diverse business background toward a common goal. Whether it is hosting fellow business professionals in seminar settings, awarding our scholarships to worthy Wichita area students or instigating local literacy initiatives such as our Reading Rally at a local elementary school and our philanthropic endeavors of Boxing of Food for a local school and the Convoy of Hope, together we make a difference for our community.
EWI has been feeding my soul and building me up professionally for years. I have every confidence it will do the same for you!
